Farsheed Azad - President & CEO

Farsheed has over 20 years of broad-based IT experience gained exclusively in support and service companies. His experience encompasses various aspects of dealing with a wide range of IT projects of varying business needs and emphasis.

In ten years of employment with Data Logic (A Raytheon Company), he led and managed major projects with clients such as Coopers & Lybrand, Price Waterhouse and Chevron. He was also responsible for the setting up and running of a very successful help desk for Data Logic in 1992-1993.

Farsheed Azad provides vision and leadership to PC Helpline while ensuring moral and ethical dimensions for a 'higher' purpose to be the guiding principles every step of the way.

He has deep commitment to serving our customers with sustained high performance.

Adam Azad - Vice President of Business Development & Operations

A member of PC Helpline since 2002, Adam functions as Vice President and maintains a broad vision and solid work ethic. Adam oversees all operational and business directives and is the corporate primary for business development. All operational and business related managers report directly to Adam.

Adam's background is quite diverse and his skill set includes account management, customer relations, project management, IT support, web and graphics design and programming.

Melanie Roy- Account Manager

Melanie Roy joined the PC helpline team in May of 2010. After completing her degree in Business administration at Universite Sainte-Anne, she then held various administrative positions at the university. First as a liaison officer, promoting the institution and most recently as a project coordinator. Melanie's experience includes customer service, public relations, project management and marketing. She is excited to be starting a new chapter in her professional life and to be working in the fast paced, ever-changing world of IT.

Phil Dunglinson, MBA - Non-executive Chairman of PC Helpline Advisory Panel

Phil Dunglinson is currently serving as Vice President, Business Development for Reliance WiMAX World, a subsidiary of the multi US$ billion Reliance Group from India, building a Pan-African wireless broadband business based on WiMAX.

Prior to joining Reliance, Mr Dunglinson was Chief Operating Officer for Digicel in the Pacific where he oversaw the roll-out of Papua New Guinea's second GSM operator. Reporting to the Group Board, Mr Dunglinson oversaw the US$ 100 million investment in a 150+ base station network and 300+ organisation. The business was successfully launched and secured 250,000 subscribers within the first ten weeks.

Previously, Mr Dunglinson was Chief Operating Officer of EasyNet Global, a US Indian joint venture, based in Mumbai. Reporting to the Board, Mr Dunglinson managed the implementation of a five city network in India for the ISP and IP data communications company.

Previously, Mr Dunglinson held various roles at Millicom International Cellular, the emerging market mobile operator, the last of which was Managing Director of the mobile business in Ghana. During his three year tenure, Mr Dunglinson successfully turned around the company, successfully launched one of Africa's first pre-paid services and grew the customer base more than 250%. Prior to Ghana Mr Dunglinson managed the winning of the first GSM licence in Cambodia; he subsequently project managed the successful implementation of the business.

Mr Dunglinson started his career at Cable & Wireless in the UK. Over a six year period Mr Dunglinson had various Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions roles. Key achievements include being part of the team that won the MTN GSM licence in South Africa and being part of the team that won the bid for the privatisation of Lattelekom, the PSTN operator in Latvia.

Mr Dunglinson is originally from the UK and is currently based in Singapore. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and has an MBA from Manchester Business School.

Gareth Wood - A member of PC Helpline Advisory Panel


A member of company's advisory panel since January 2003, Gareth Wood is a professional trainer, facilitator, organizational development consultant and keynote speaker. Gareth was intimately involved in facilitating 'people working with people' and leadership issues in the printing and destination resort industries for 15 years. He has 20 years experience in customer service, training, administration and management, as well as 16 years as an independent consultant and trainer.
